特點
破碎室的箱體與左支承緊密配合，能有效的把動力傳送給刀盤。刀盤由刀鉤和刀刃組成，刀鉤主要起勾起輪胎作用，刀盤工作面全部堆焊耐磨硬質合金，耐腐蝕，抗磨損。
破碎室采用組合式結構，刀軸采用滾動軸承支承，裝卸維修方便。
圓網篩能把不合格的膠料返送回破碎室循環破碎，合格膠料漏出。
傳動裝置采用NGW硬質面行星減速器，結構緊湊，傳動效率高，噪音低，適用壽命長。
本機具有結構緊湊，布置合理，操作靈活可靠。安裝維修方便等特點。
主要用于子午胎，普通胎的整胎破碎。
