Router with integrated modem and switch for the control cabinet

MoRoS is a router that makes it possible to access Ethernet devices or networks remoy. It includes three main functions:

• Dial-in and dial-out router with NAT and Port Forwarding
• Outwards communication via various networks (analogue modem, ISDN, GSM/GPRS, EDGE, UMTS)
• Switch - direct access for 4+1 Ethernet devices

All MoRoS provide the following additional functions besides the main functions:

• Open VPN (Client and Server), IPsec
• Firewall
• Redundant WAN-Interface (with preset prioritising)
• Serial ethernet gateway
• Message dispatch via SMS and
• Sandbox (programmable Linux environment)

Dial-Out / Dial-In

MoRoS utilizes a modem connection to handle TCP/IP traffic. MoRoS can accept an incoming modem call (dial-in) when called for remote maintenance, or it establishes a modem connection (dial-out) on demand to transmit data from the LAN outwards.

Quick Line Module

INSYS offers all integrators the possibility to connect their application to the internet via existing wired phone infrastructures with the new and compact Quick Line Modules.
ADSL offers significantly higher data rates than usual modem or ISDN connections with up to 25 Mbps.

The embedded ADSL module is very widely used and lowpriced in the meantime. The form factor and the industrial design are intended to integrate the Quick Line Modules into own applications, network devices or routers. New applications with video transmissions for example are also possible now due to the higher bandwidth of ADSL.

The i-modules are a range of modules in various compatible types of pins and sizes, suitable for integration in customer applications such as payment terminals, inverters for solar panels, control systems, surveillance units, data loggers, entry checks and many more. The device's developers can concentrate on their central purpose and provide a universal port to access all relevant means of communication.

Modems for 19" Rack

The INSYS 19" rack is designed for application areas in which many data transmission units are to be accomodated at the same place. Due to its modular design, analogue modems for dial-up lines and dedicated lines as well as digital ISDN adapters may be integrated as slot cards according to performance requirements.

The INSYS 19" rack has 12 slots and a central power supply.

Robust desktop devices of the pocket series are employed in industrial, commercial and semi-professional applications. These devices have the following features:

• a long-lasting availability
• a technically mature firmware
• a solid design
• an easy-to-handle configuration

The network connections are designed as back panel sockets for connection to the analogue and digital ephone networks, and as a serial interface RS232 for connection to a PC or a control unit.
Included in delivery are a ephone cable, a serial cable, and a wall power supply.

The MLR 2G/3G series are cost-optimized radio routers for large-scale project applications such as remote maintenance and control; metering; payment systems and environmental monitoring.
Suitable for industrial environments, the LAN routers combine the functions of a radio modem, router and switch in one unit, connecting remote Ethernet LANs or single components to the internet via the radio services 2G (GPRS) and 3G (UMTS).
