WEGEVENTILSYSTEM PDV

Power-Hydraulik erweitert seine Produktpalette durch ein Wegeventilsystem PDV, das ein stetiges und lastunabhängiges Regeln der Volumenströme mehrerer Verbraucher ermöglicht und entweder alleine oder kombiniert mit Monoblöcken eingesetzt werden kann. Das Ventilsystem ist in modularer Scheibenbauweise ausgeführt und besteht aus einer Eingangssektion mit integriertem Druckbegrenzungs-, Umlauf- und optional mit verschiedenen Sicherheitsventilen.

Bis zu 10 Verbrauchermodule die jeweils auf einen Systemdruck von 280 bar ausgelegt sind, können miteinander verbunden werden. Der max. pumpenseitige Eingangsstrom beträgt 120 l/min und verbraucherseitig 70 l/min pro Element.
Die Verbrauchermodule beinhalten neben dem Hauptkolben, eine Individualdruckwaage für feinfühliges und lastunabhängiges Regeln. Optional können die Arbeitssektionen mit Schockventilen und Nachsaugung ausgestattet werden. Mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Betätigungsarten – manuell, elektrohydraulisch mit oder ohne interne Rückmeldung – kann ein breites Anwendungsspektrum abgedeckt werden.

Die einzelnen Verbrauchermodule sind »load-sensing« fähig - der höchste im System auftretende Druck wird über integrierte Rückschlagventile zur Eingangssektion geleitet und steht dort zur energiesparenden Stromregelung zur Verfügung. Durch die »closed-center« Ausführung der Wegeventile kann das Ventilsystem mit einer Konstantpumpe wie auch mit einer Verslpumpe betrieben werden. Optional sind auch Eingangssektionen mit sperrbarer Eingangsdruckwaage erhältlich, sodass zwischen beiden Pumpenarten gewechselt werden kann.

Die Konstruktion des PDV ist auf wirtschaftliche Fertigung kleinerer und mittlerer Serien ausgelegt und kann bei allen n Anwendungen wie z.B. Radladern sowie landwirtschaftlichen und kommunalen Maschinen eingesetzt werden.

The merger between Brushless Servomotors and AC Motors offers a very cost efficient and compact design when compared to the equivalent AC Induction Motor. The HPS range is based on different rare earth magnet materials to avoid to be locked into one specific type of rare earth material.

Lafert also have substantial skills to develop and supply IPM Motors based on Ferrite magnets for specific volume applications: by far the best technology available when the choice is driven by cost, and still resulting in a compact and highly efficient solution.
