Adenovirus (adenovirus) is a double stranded DNA virus with 20 bodies and no symmetry. The capsid is composed of 252 capsid particles, 240 of which are six neighbors and 12 five neighbors. The six neighborhood is distributed on 20 triangular planes and edges, and the five neighborhood is on the top angle of the 20 faces. Each of the five adjacent bodies consists of one base and 1 fibers, with a nodule at the tip of the fiber. The length of the fiber is different, in which the protein determines the characteristics of blood coagulation, and enters the body can produce hemagglutination inhibition antibodies. Adenovirus can cause a variety of diseases, the most common are the infants with acute respiratory tract infection, adenovirus pneumonia, epidemic keratoconjunctivitis, pharyngoconjunctival fever and some other diseases such as diarrhea, hemorrhagic cystitis, myocarditis and meningitis. Serological tests are important for determining adenovirus infection.

腺病毒(adenovirus)是20面體立體對稱無囊膜的雙鏈DNA病毒。病毒衣殼由252個殼微粒組成，其中240個為六鄰體，12個五鄰體。六鄰體分布在20個三角面上和邊緣，五鄰體位于20面體的頂角上。每個五鄰體由一個基底和1根纖維組成，纖維頂端有一小結。纖維的長度不一，其中段蛋白決定血凝的特性，進入機體可產生血凝抑制抗體。腺病毒可引起多種疾病，zui常見的有嬰幼兒急性呼吸道感染、腺病毒性肺炎、流行性角結膜炎、咽結合膜炎，其他一些疾病如嬰幼兒腹瀉、出血性膀胱炎、心肌炎、腦膜炎等。血清學試驗對確定腺病毒感染有重要意義。

性   狀：   本品溶于0.02M pH7.4 PB溶液中。經凍干成凍干粉。

儲   存：   短期2～８℃保存,長期-20℃以下。

復   溶：   重蒸水復溶（或適當緩沖液）。復溶分裝后，應-20℃以下保存，切勿反復凍融。

規   格：   按mg計量  

注意事項：

1.抗體保存原則：避免反復凍融

2.短期保存的抗體：如抗體幾周內就會使用，收到后推薦在2-8℃保存，2-8℃短暫保存數周對抗體活性沒有影響。

3.長期保存的抗體：如抗體需超過1個月后才會使用，請酌情分裝后于-20℃保存。

4.建議：

將抗體保存在冰箱里層，避免溫度變化造成反復凍融。

避免將抗體保存在自動除霜冰箱中。

反復凍融過程中，冰晶會對抗體的空間結構造成破壞，導致蛋白變性形成多聚體，從而降低抗體的結合能力，加快抗體降解速度。
